Summer skincare is incredibly important. We need to protect it from the sun daily, keep it moisturized after a long day at the beach, and keep it looking fresh for all those selfies.
How do we do it! There are plenty of products on the market for every area of skincare, however it is Summertime and we want to keep things simple.
Just remember Protect, Moisturize, and Rejuvenate. Cleansing is important but In this blog we won't touch on that aspect of skincare. We all know that we need to cleanse and we have many ways of doing so.
Incorporating the above mentioned aspects into our routines naturally can seem a tad overwhelming. What to use? What's best for my skin? Etc, etc. This week we will break it down and show you how to do it simply and naturally!
Fruit!!!!
Yes, that's right fruit and not just eating it! Incorporating fruit into your diet isn't just food for you, it can be incredibly beneficial for your skincare routine. Eating your fruit is a great start but how about applying them to your skin for some amazing results!
Bananas
Great for snacks, smoothies, and yes skin and hair care. During the Summer months our skin and hair go through the ringer, even if it doesn't feel like it. Bananas are a great way to condition the skin and hair. Between the heat and the beach we could benefit from a little extra TLC.
