Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shia Skin Care. The following terms outline our shipping procedures and set clear expectations for your order's delivery.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

  • Domestic Shipping Transit Time: Once shipped, standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Please note that custom or made-to-order items require an additional 5-10 business days of production time before shipping. This additional timeframe is clearly stated on the relevant product pages. Your total delivery time will be the production time plus the shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We are proud to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all domestic orders shipped within the United States.

  • We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Click the tracking number or use the carrier’s website (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to follow your package's journey.

  • Please note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to activate and display movement after you receive the shipping notification.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Failed Deliveries

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, insufficient, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. The customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping fees required to re-send the order.

  • If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you cannot locate it:

    1. Check with household members, neighbors, and around your property (porch, garage, etc.).

    2. Wait 24-48 hours, as some carrier scans can be premature.

    3. Contact your local post office or carrier depot directly with your tracking number for more precise delivery details.

    4. If the package is still missing after this, contact us at ORDERS@SHIASKIN.COM within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will assist in opening a trace investigation with the carrier.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We package every order with care. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at orders@shiaskin.com

  • Please include clear photographs of the damaged product and all packaging materials in your email.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.

For packages that are lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days), please contact us. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and, upon their confirmation of loss, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Our liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to the value of the goods. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Shipping for Subscriptions

For our valued subscription customers:

  • Each recurring shipment is processed and shipped according to your chosen billing cycle.

  • You will receive a separate tracking number for each subscription shipment.

  • To ensure seamless delivery, please update the shipping address in your account at least 3 business days before your next scheduled order processing date.
