Cancellation policy
1. Cancellations by You (The Customer)
You are in full control of your subscriptions and one-time purchases.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your active subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellation will stop all future scheduled charges and shipments. Refunds are not provided for previous shipments.

One-Time Purchase Cancellation: Orders for one-time purchases may be canceled or modified only if we receive your request before the order has entered the shipment processing stage. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
2. Non-Negotiable Cancellations by Us (The Company)
To protect the integrity of our business and ensure fair service to all customers, we reserve the right to immediately and without prior notice cancel any purchase option (including subscriptions) and/or refuse future service under the following circumstances:

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered product or authorized charge, we will immediately cancel all associated subscriptions and reserves the right to terminate the customer account. This is an automated policy to mitigate fraud and operational risk.

Abusive Behavior: Including, but not limited to, harassment of our staff, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions or refund policies, or consistent violation of our Terms of Service.

Payment Failures: Repeated failed attempts to process payment for a subscription may result in its automatic cancellation.
3. Consequences of a Payment Dispute (Chargeback)
Filing a chargeback for a legitimate, authorized, and delivered purchase has significant consequences:

Immediate Cancellation: All subscriptions and recurring purchase plans linked to the account or payment method used in the dispute will be terminated immediately and automatically.

Account Review & Potential Ban: The customer's account will be flagged, and we reserve the right to permanently refuse all future business, including blocking the associated email address(es), shipping address(es), and payment method(s).

Loss of Grandfathered Rates or Benefits: Any special pricing, promotional status, or customer benefits will be forfeited.

Dispute of Claim: We will actively contest illegitimate chargebacks by providing compelling evidence of delivery, authorization, and purchase history to the relevant financial institution.
4. Reinstatement
If a chargeback is filed in error, the customer must contact us to resolve the issue directly and reverse the dispute with their bank before any discussion of reinstating a subscription or account privileges. Reinstatement, if granted, is solely at our discretion and may be subject to updated terms and pricing.
5. Contact Us to Resolve Issues
We are committed to fair and transparent service. If there is an issue with a charge, a delivery, or a product, you must contact us directly at
ORDERS@SHIASKIN.COM before contacting your bank or payment provider. We will work diligently to resolve any legitimate concern. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to seek a resolution is a violation of this policy.
